This badge is awarded to those who participated in assembling free 3D printed e-NABLE hands at the "Hands Across Borders" hand-a-thon Scout event in Baltimore MD in December of 2014 with Dr. Albert Chi, members of e-NABLE and a special guest from the Ziv medical center on the Syrian border.
