Objectives (/challenges): 1) Establish a framework for device need identification. This will require a means to denote recipient identifiers and metrics and pair each case to a responsible chapter, as well as a device log. 2) Open pipeline for data gathering to track need within framework defined in 1 above. 3) Communicate requirements to community and obtain print commitments. 4) Coordinate logistics to ensure safe delivery across borders.
