Project Overview

Core principles of reorganisation and redesign project

  1. With a strong narrative at their heart, simplify and streamline the online journeys of e-NABLE users (People with limb differences, their family and friends, potential and current fabricators, assemblers, volunteers and supporters)
  2. Make the e-NABLE online presence easy to maintain and update with the right tools and unnecessary or related content
  3. Understand how users are engaging with e-NABLE online and use these insights to improve

We are aiming to produce a simple and sustainable research and design process that e-NABLE will be able to use to continue a user centred approach.

Proposed Redesign Project Plan

To redesign the e-NABLE online presence we plan to

  • Collate and conduct user research
  • Analyse and synthesise the user research
  • Redesign the user journeys
  • Create a design system (In concert with any rebranding work already undertaken)
  • Redesign the information architecture of the e-NABLE online presence
  • Create a prototype to illustrate this and test it
  • Assist with the implementation and testing

Is there any further work being done here? Is Ed still a member of the community?
