CHAPTER SPOTLIGHT PROJECT

e-NABLE has 150 chapters around the world, but how much do you know about them? Are you a part of a chapter? How much does the world know about your efforts?

Chapters are self-sustaining. Each forms on their own, and creates their own organization to follow the larger e-NABLE movement. Chapters adapt in miraculous ways. They each become unique models. The devices that chapters use and develop serve local communities and needs, often with local partnerships. But through this wonderful diversity, e-NABLE chapters work regionally and contribute globally. This project aims to help chapters share resources to solve global problems and meet global needs.

Over the past several months, I have begun to interview chapters through the Chapter Spotlight Project to learn more about their activities and incredible accomplishments. We have developed a template with 8 themes:

We have completed 4 Chapter Spotlights covering the regions of North America, South America, and Asia as examples to give a sense of the vast diversity between chapters.
