Form an e-NABLE Chapter or working group, and claim the appropriate badges below!

# Instructions
To request a badge, do the following:
1. Browse through the badges below to find the one you’re looking for
2. Copy the badge title to your clipboard (or make a note of the exact badge name)
3. Fill out the [badge request form](https://hub.e-nable.org/p/badge-request), pasting the badge name into the “Badge being requested” field
4. Provide links to relevant evidence within the device request form (for device-specific badges, this would be a link to a video and/or photos of your device)
5. Watch for emails from the e-NABLE Badging team (they may need more information or evidence)
In most cases, you’ll receive your badge within 2-4 days.

# e-NABLE Chapter

**Description:**
This badge is awarded once a new e-NABLE chapter has been established and is a prerequisite to having the chapter added to the [e-NABLE Chapters Map](https://hub.e-nable.org/p/e-nable-chapters/?filterN=Chapter).
**Evidence Required:**
* Link to your e-NABLE Facebook/website showing your chapter’s e-NABLE activities.
* The link provided (typically Facebook) should be specific to an e-NABLE chapter, not generic (e.g., to a High School).
* An e-NABLE logo should be visible on the page or embedded in the chapter logo itself
* Link to evidence you have earned the following four badges:
1. Joined the e-NABLE Hub
2. Introduced Self in the e-NABLE Hub
3. Fabrication badge for any one of the e-NABLE standard devices
4. Assembly badge for the same design

# e-NABLE Chapter Lead

**Description:**
This badge is awarded to those e-NABLE Volunteers who are leading their own e-NABLE Chapters in their local communities and mentoring other volunteers who join their chapters!
**Evidence Required:**
1. Link to your e-NABLE Facebook/website
2. Link to proof that you have listed your chapter on the [e-NABLE Chapters page](https://hub.e-nable.org/p/e-nable-chapters/?filterN=Chapter)
3. Link to show hands created or activities being done as a chapter.
4. Link to proof that you have joined the [e-NABLE Hub](https://hub.e-nable.org/s/e-nable-forum/) and introduced yourself.

# e-NABLE Teacher

**Description:**
This badge is awarded to teachers who have brought the e-NABLE Community project into their classrooms as STEM based learning activities, teaching their students how 3D printing technology can be used to change lives and who lead their students in learning how to print, assemble and design assistive devices for those in need.
**Evidence Required:**
1. Earn the “Joined the e-NABLE Hub” badge
2. Earn the “Introduced Self in the e-NABLE Hub” badge
3. Earn the “e-NABLE Volunteer” badge
4. Provide images, videos, news articles etc. that show proof of your participation as a teacher leading students in e-NABLE related activities

# e-NABLE School Group

**Description:**
This badge is awarded to school groups in k-12 or University level, who have created 3D printed e-NABLE Devices in their classrooms as STEM based learning projects, who have donated hands to recipients or to the e-NABLE Community to distribute where needed or who have participated in the design challenges on enablingthefuture.org to create other assistive devices!
**Evidence Required:**
1. Link to active Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or website for the school group that shows students actively creating 3D printed e-NABLE Devices in their classrooms or afterschool clubs.
2. Email address of teacher or lead for the group.
