OK, a new link has been provided above. Turns out, the usual download method doesn’t work for this template because all of the geometry is hidden by default.

@Jeremy Simon great tool! I am going to try and use this tool to help with sizing the device to my recipient. Will keep you posted as to how it goes and compares to the typical sizing guideline based on the pdf guide.
